About Us

Jason and Marion Lovato, we are third generation jewelers from Kewa also known as Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico. We both started at a young age growing up helping family make jewelry. During our high school years we took art and basic metal/Silversmith classes. Our duties/chores taught and inspired us to become Artists.
In 2010 to 2013, We took Jewelry classes under the instructor Fritz Casuse at Poeh Arts Cultural Center Programs, by the Pueblo of Pojoaque, New Mexico.
Which lead us to explore mixed media art in metal/Silversmith, lapidary, heshi (hee-she) making, fabrication, Tufa, cuttle fish casting and leather tooling and hand stiching. We collaborate our ideas to design and create our vision. Jason started teaching our son Zach with tooling leather crafts when he was 7 yrs old. He was also in the 4H program learning more on leather crafts. Then when he was 10 he started working with copper. Recently this past year he started working on Silver.
While we are creating our designs, we ask the spirits to fill our soul hearts, mind, and hands while we speak loving kind words to our arts. So, the person wearing our creations is elegantly enjoying and feeling the love.
